Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor in Electrical, CS or related field
- 5+ years automation/controls experience
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical blueprints
- Strong industrial machinery troubleshooting
- PLC programming experience
- Knowledge of industrial networking
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and customer interaction
- Independent and team work
- Organized with good time management
- Adaptable to dynamic projects
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, debug, and commission advanced machinery
- Program and modify PLC and HMI controls
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project managers
- Read electrical/mechanical schematics
- Perform machine startup, run-off testing, and validation
- Troubleshoot controls, servo systems, and networks
- Support installation and commissioning at customer sites
- Interface with customers during acceptance and discussions
- Assist teams in schedules and timelines
- Provide field service and system troubleshooting
