You will analyze field claim data, track KPIs, and coordinate corrective actions to reduce CoQ and field-related risks. The role supports B2B accounts, collaborates with plant quality, legal, and leadership, and requires travel up to 20–30% to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, Field Quality, Product Reliability, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
• Experience supporting customer audits in manufacturing environments.
• Experience analyzing warranty or field claim data.
• Working knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, FMEA, RCA).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel and statistical analysis tools).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20–30%).

Responsibilities

• Customer Audit & Corrective Action Coordination: Support preparation and follow-up activities for customer audits and track CAPAs.
• Field Quality KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Consolidate data, monitor KPIs, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management.
• Field Claims & Cost of Quality Analysis: Analyze warranty and field claim data to identify systemic failure patterns and support CoQ tracking.
• Coordinate corrective actions with plant teams based on field trends and track effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and key account teams to deliver claim analytics and CoQ insights for proactive risk management and customer negotiations.
• Product Liability & Critical Incident Support: Support cross-functional investigations and coordinate on-site investigations (domestic/international travel 20–30%).
• Lead structured root cause analyses (8D, RCA, FMEA) and ensure proper documentation and escalation of containment and corrective actions.
• Support legal and external communications as needed.
