Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Production Director/DP and audio engineer to lead end-to-end shoots, from gear arrival to final backup. You will build studio environments and travel for on-location shoots, shaping the show’s visuals and sound.

You will source cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear, guide guests, and manage a growing production team. You will contribute to high-impact edits for sizzle reels and vlogs with a distinctive creative touch.

Qualifications

• Production polymath capable of lighting, mic-ing, and framing at broadcast-quality levels
• Deep understanding of high-end visuals and sound, with refusal to settle for 'good enough'

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Production: act as DP, director, and audio engineer from gear arrival to final file backup
• Master the Technical Setup: source cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear; build high-end studio environments
• Travel extensively (London, Canada, LA, NYC) for shoots and manage walks, guest arrivals, and behind-the-scenes vlogs
• Provide Creative Partnership by shaping guest selection, researching questions, and refining show packaging
• Own high-impact edits for sizzle reels and vlogs alongside dedicated editors
• Build and manage the production team as the show scales
