Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Creative Producer who thinks like a researcher to turn marketing insights into videos that sell. You will lead creative evolution, test new styles, and scale what works, while coordinating across production, analytics, and clients.

You will work at the intersection of project management, creative, analytics, and production, shaping concepts that challenge ad formats and explore new storytelling angles. Remote-first company with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, especially paid social/performance.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Experience collaborating with creators and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and translate emerging video trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Lead market and content development research to inform creative direction.
• Research new video styles and test them against benchmarks.
• Translate insights into creative hypotheses and briefs.
• Coordinate production teams, creators, and bloggers from idea to delivery.
• Develop and manage test plans with media buyers to validate hypotheses.
• Review performance data (CTR, hook rate, watch time, CPA) to optimize assets.
