Job summary

Primekss is seeking a on-site technical authority to oversee project execution, mix design verification, equipment management, and QA across North America. You will lead field activities, ensure specification compliance, and coordinate with joint-venture partners, contractors, and R&D teams.

Travel up to 60% and direct access to leadership are core parts of this role, with a clear pathway to operations leadership in North America. Bachelor's degree preferred; OSHA 30 and valid DL required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field concrete construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of mix designs and concrete placement.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field oversight, QA across the US Midwest, East Coast, and Western Canada.
• Coordinate ready-mix batching and mix design verification.
• Lead pre-construction scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ~20 dosing machines.
• Liaise with contractors, engineering firms, logistics providers, and R&D support.
