Job summary

Inferact seeks a Field Marketing Manager to own the global event engine for vLLM and Inferact, from major conferences to local meetups. This end-to-end role covers strategy, venues, sponsorships, budgets, speakers, registration, CRM capture, vendors, onsite operations, and post-event follow-up.

You will build repeatable playbooks and ecosystem partnerships to scale events across the US, Europe, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Plan and own end-to-end events from conferences to meetups.
• Build and optimize registration, CRM capture, and post-event follow-ups.
• Coordinate venues, sponsorships, budgets, speakers, and onsite logistics.
