Job summary

Amgen seeks a Global Feasibility Manager to own the development and execution of the feasibility strategy across clinical programs, collaborating with study teams, data analytics, and cross-functional partners to deliver an optimized plan.

You will lead country and site identification, conduct global feasibility activities, align timelines, and provide data-driven recommendations to accelerate study timelines while maintaining high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s with 4 years.
• Associate’s degree with 8 years, or High school diploma with 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the feasibility strategy in partnership with clinical teams.
• Lead country and site identification and country selection for studies.
• Coordinate global feasibility activities with data analytics and country teams.
• Synthesize data to provide actionable feasibility recommendations.
• Improve global feasibility processes and accelerate study timelines.
