Amgen Inc. (IR) is seeking a Global Feasibility Manager to own the development and execution of feasibility strategies across clinical programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized operational plans and to accelerate study timelines.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, country and site identification, and synthesis of local data such as care standards and patient access. A flexible work model is available where possible.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of the feasibility strategy in partnership with clinical program team, study delivery team, global study management, and cross-functional data teams.
• Lead feasibility activities: country/site identification and selection within a clinical study.
• Design and conduct global feasibility activities with data analytics and country teams.
• Ensure consistent feasibility execution across portfolio and align data timelines with study milestones.
• Lead data collection on local standards of care, treatment options, and disease incidence to define geographic footprint.
• Synthesize data to provide clear feasibility recommendations and accelerate study execution.
• Facilitate baseline commitments and change processes at country and study levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of feasibility processes and data-driven decision making.
