Danfoss GmbH is seeking a Specialist, MFG Factory Systems Solution Owner to lead global barcoding and labeling initiatives within our Manufacturing IT division. The role focuses on owning the BarTender labeling solution and supporting thousands of printers and millions of labels weekly, while driving standardization and IT governance across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing IT, Factory Systems, MES, and shop-floor technologies.
• Knowledge of printer management and print infrastructure; BarTender a plus.
• Experience with OT/manufacturing networks and integrations between printers and business systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments, databases, and enterprise application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Danfoss’ global BarTender labeling solution across ~2,700 printers and 3 million labels per week.
• Serve as Global Solution Owner for the LabelPrint platform, driving strategy and governance.
• Support manufacturing IT migration, footprint and standardization projects worldwide.
• Ensure reliable IT service delivery and user support with high service quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, OT and IT teams to deploy business-critical manufacturing solutions.
