Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Label Designer/Technician to design and manage the printing of product labels. The role involves creating barcode labels, RFID tags, and general product labels, and ensuring templates connect to databases for accurate printing.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in CodeSoft, BarTender, and LabelMatrix, as well as SQL data integration capabilities, and will collaborate across teams to meet labeling requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with CodeSoft, BarTender and LabelMatrix with data management and printing options.
• Deep understanding of labeling processes in manufacturing and logistics.
• Experience integrating data with labels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot label design and printing issues.
• Familiarity with GS1 and SSCC standards.

Responsibilities

• Label design and creation using CodeSoft, BarTender, and LabelMatrix.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize label templates for consistency and accuracy.
• Utilize data management practices to connect data to labels and printing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (GS1, RFID, FDA guidelines).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet labeling requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
