Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven production planning and global supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, capacity planning and production planning frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems and data tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, Microsoft).

Responsibilities

• Enable predictable execution by delivering a single, trusted plan of record.
• Identify upstream risks and lead clear trade-off decisions before issues reach execution forums.
• Improve global capacity utilization by treating capacity as a shared enterprise asset.
• Protect customer delivery by translating demand into feasible plans and mitigating risks.
• Strengthen planning governance with data integrity and transparent assumptions.
• Support growth with a scalable, disciplined planning process.
