Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Vice President, Global Facilities to lead strategic portfolio management of our worldwide real estate. You will shape the long-range footprint, oversee both owned and leased sites, and partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Engineering to ensure capacity to support growth.

You will drive negotiations, site selection, and major capital projects, building a scalable organization while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost controls across international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 20+ years in corporate real estate or facilities.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed portfolios and complex leases.
• Strong negotiating and vendor-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or technically complex settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global facilities and real estate strategy.
• Oversee owned and leased properties, and manage site-selection.
• Lead negotiations for leases, purchases, and development agreements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations to manage risk and budgets.
• Build a scalable global facilities organization aligned with growth.
• Establish standards for maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee major capital projects from concept to occupancy.
