Brady Corporation in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – External Reporting to support SEC filings and external financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

The role reports to the Manager, SEC Reporting and collaborates with global finance teams to ensure accurate disclosures and compliant reporting of the consolidated statements. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K filings, footnotes, and disclosures, while supporting month-end close, lease and equity

Qualifications

• Analytical approach to financial reporting and SEC filings.
• Strong attention to detail in consolidations and disclosures.
• Collaborative across global finance and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, drafting, and filing of Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K with the SEC.
• Prepare disclosures and footnotes, manage XBRL tagging process.
• Coordinate Draft reviews with legal, leadership, and external auditors.
• Support monthly/quarterly close and consolidated statements of cash flows.
• Lead accounting for global leases and equity-based compensation; reconcile accounts.
• Assist with M&A integration and ongoing policy research for GAAP/SEC.
• Provide GAAP/SEC monitoring and technical accounting support to finance teams.
