Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a VP of Global External Communications to guide world-class external communications strategies and protect and enhance brand reputation across regulated gaming, social casino, and online real-money gaming markets.

You will lead a dynamic team, partner with senior leaders, and drive strategic programs across regions to deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement in communications practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate affairs or communications leadership roles, ideally with international experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing communication strategies.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead proactive communication solutions and anticipate business needs.
• Strong crisis management, media relations, and reputation management experience.
• Experience managing external collaborators and diverse internal audiences.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and prioritize resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of external communications strategies aligned with Aristocrat’s objectives and reputation.
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate global external communications programs, including media and reputation management.
• Collaborate with global communications teams to ensure timely media responses.
• Develop and manage the External Communications team and vendor relationships.
• Drive sustainability and responsible gameplay communications initiatives with key collaborators.
• Handle media inquiries, issues management, and crisis communications support.
