Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. A college degree or equivalent experience and at least one year in freight forwarding are preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in international freight forwarding is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean shipments from beginning to end.
• Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to international bookings.
• Update clients with the status of their shipments.

Skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

1+ years of experience in international freight forwarding

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
