Job summary

Ocean Network Express North America in Boise, ID is seeking an International Logistics Specialist- Export Notification. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly with salary from $50,000 to $56,000 per year and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities include executing the Export Notification process, maintaining policy adherence, and resolving complex cargo movement issues. Candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills and be able to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and resolve complex issues.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful execution of the Export Notification process.
• Follow policies and procedures to provide optimal customer service.
• Manage broken route updates, booking adjustments, and change of destination requests.
• Report to Supervisor, Service Operations, Cargo Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cargo movement challenges (schedule deviations, route changes, space issues).
• Provide solutions through research and proactive process improvements.
