Job summary

Univar Solutions is hiring in The Woodlands, TX for a role overseeing export logistics, vendor procurement, and order management. You will coordinate inland, ocean, and air shipments, prepare export docs, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver reliable customer experiences.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields and 3+ years in international trade operations, with SAP and MS Office proficiency. Spanish/English bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or economics.
• 3+ years in international trade operations including import/export for North America.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR regulations; CCS/CES/MES/IATA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter customer orders, verify pricing and terms, confirm delivery.
• Place purchase orders, track shipments, and communicate delays with vendors.
