Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, Missouri seeks a Lead Project Management Specialist (Level 5) to serve as the key F/A-18 and EA-18G international integrator and export/import compliance lead. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. Department of State ITAR and U.S. Department of Commerce EAR regulations.
• 5+ years of ITAR and EAR experience.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with internal, external stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience in Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - establish relationships with USN customers, defense customers, prime contractors.
• Experience in Cross-functional Team Leadership & Coordination to enable export compliant business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as F/A-18 & EA-18G international integrator and export/import compliance lead.
• Develop Strategic Licensing Plans to enable business execution and priorities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enable approvals of exemptions and export authorizations.
• Provide export guidance, training, and support to international supply chain and program teams.
• Primary Point of Contact for all export/import requirements within F/A-18 & EA-18G.
• Develop and maintain strategic license plans and assist in license applications.
• Support audits and investigations regarding export compliance.
• Oversee export-related corrective action plans.
• Perform export data markings reviews and support classification determinations.
