Job summary

Kaseya is seeking an organized, creative Event Manager to join the global events team. Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, you will deliver large-scale conferences, exhibits, and experiential brand environments that amplify the Kaseya story and drive sales enablement.

You will manage end-to-end planning across multiple programs, coordinate internal teams and external partners, optimize attendee journeys, and measure impact with post-event insights to improve future experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale conferences, trade shows, or experiential event production.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global conferences, trade shows, exhibits, and experiential events.
• Manage integrated timelines, production schedules, and deliverables across multiple programs.
• Oversee event logistics including venues, registration, signage, transportation, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Ensure all event elements align with brand standards and strategic objectives.
• Partner with sponsorship, marketing, and revenue teams to develop on-site activations and sponsor deliverables.
• Design attendee journeys and experiences to maximize engagement and business impact.
