Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a GES Sr Mgr - Expat to advise clients on international assignment structuring and tax compliance, including reviewing expatriate tax returns. The role emphasizes marketing, networking and business development within Expatriate Services, and supervising staff across global engagements.

You will lead client relationships, manage resources, and ensure adherence to tax quality standards while delivering insightful, actionable guidance on cross-border assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Manager or related field required.
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Tax or MBA (concentration in International Business or Human Resource Management) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on international assignment structuring and tax compliance.
• Manage staff assignments and coordination of client engagements.
• Review and sign expatriate U.S. individual income tax returns.
• Develop business through networking and client relations in expatriate services.
