Job summary

BDO USA Corporation seeks a GES Sr Mgr - Expat to advise on international assignment structuring and tax compliance for expatriates. You will present researched conclusions, review returns, and coordinate global client engagements with staff across regions.

Leadership, client development, and strong communication are essential as you supervise teams and manage complex assignments while promoting the Expatriate Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, HRM or related field.
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Tax or MBA preferred.
• CPA / EA preferred; strong Excel and tax research skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct arrival and departure tax meetings for expatriates and inpatriates.
• Manage retention of long-term client relationships.
• Supervise client and service delivery expectations for global employees.
• Participate in management of client fee arrangements.
• Review and sign U.S. individual income tax returns for expatriates.
• Analyze assignment cost projections and balance sheets.
• Lead Expatriate Services professionals on projects and business development.
• Attend networking functions to support business development.
