Affirm is seeking a senior leader to own the customer operations strategy as we expand globally across products, geographies, and channels. You will lead a diverse team of program and process managers, drive scalable, repeatable operating playbooks, and partner with product, engineering, and analytics to improve international service delivery.

• 12+ years of relevant experience including leadership of teams or senior professionals.
• Experience building and scaling global customer experience operations.
• Deep program and process management expertise with defined methods and standards.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and roadmap for how Customer Operations scales to support global expansion.
• Establish and modify the team's objectives, policies, and work plans across regions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-discipline team and ensure effective execution.
• Drive large-scale, cross-area programs for operations including launches and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, Knowledge, and Service Delivery leads.
