Job summary

Tether.io is seeking a highly organized Expansion Events Coordinator to manage the operational backbone of our international growth. This role demands end-to-end coordination of events, collaboration with stakeholders, and meticulous management of logistics and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or Hospitality and 5+ years of experience in global corporate events. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with the willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry.
• Willingness and availability to travel when required.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adopt new project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of international events, from concept through to post‑event reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, event logistics, and budget coordination.
