Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking an Executive Protection Officer to join the Global Safety and Security (GSS) team in San Jose.

You will oversee executive close protection, travel and residential security, and protective intelligence for Adobe's E-team and senior leaders. This role reports to the Director of Executive Protection and supports other GSS programs, with travel worldwide and potential relocation to the San Jose area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in protective services at operational/leadership level.
• Extensive protective operations experience across local and international settings, high‑risk locations a plus.
• Strong training in protective intelligence, motorcade operations, and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage Adobe's Global EP program, coordinating contract teams and working with E-team and families.
• Build trust-based relationships with Adobe leadership and partners.
• Maintain liaison with government and private sector to address threats and security challenges.
• Train EP personnel and contracted staff in situational awareness, surveillance detection, and protective technologies.
• Review KPIs and provide recommendations to improve response times and risk mitigation.
• Regularly assess and improve EP program strategies, protocols, and efficiency.
