Job summary

Google seeks an Executive Support Agent to lead protective moves, coordinate secure transport, and plan travel operations for C-suite leadership. You will conduct TVT sweeps, assess risks, and produce briefings for protective teams while collaborating with Security Managers on mission execution.

You will mentor Executive Support Specialists and oversee contract security partners, ensuring high standards in dynamic, fast-paced environments and cross-functional teamwork globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security management, criminal justice, or emergency management.
• 10 years of experience in executive protection or protective operations, global.
• Active LEOSA/H.R. 218 qualification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end protective advances, close escorts, and secure transportation for executive movements locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Conduct meticulous TVT sweeps and physical security assessments of executive residences, offices, and temporary travel venues.
• Author comprehensive travel operations plans, risk assessments, and deliver decisive operational briefings to protective teams.
• Partner with the deployed Security Manager on travel missions to align on operational guidance and drive mission capabilities.
• Provide operational guidance and mentorship to Executive Support Specialists, while directing and evaluating contract security teams.
