• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in protective services at operational/leadership level.
• Extensive protective operations experience across local and international settings.
• Willingness to relocate to San Jose and travel Worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to expansion of Adobe’s Global EP program with protection, travel and residential security.
• Coordinate contract team members and liaise with Adobe's E-team and families.
• Build relationships with Adobe leadership and partners.
• Improve liaison with law enforcement and private sector contacts to address threats.
• Support training programs on situational awareness, surveillance, digital security.
• Review KPIs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to regular program reviews and enhance EP strategies and operations.
