Job summary

Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh seeks a Program Manager for the Center for Executive Education in Technology Policy (CEE-TP) to advance program development from concept to execution.

You will coordinate online and in-person classes, manage budgets and vendor relationships, collaborate with faculty and partners, and report on progress and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in program management.
• Experience with budgeting and reporting.
• Experience in education or international development context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning and coordination of online and in-person classes.
• Perform administrative management for center activities including logistics, site selection, travel, AV support, translation, contracts and vendor management.
• Collaborate with outside stakeholders and funders in the development and provision of educational programming.
• Solicit feedback from participants and use this information to improve offerings and support services.
• Produce reports showing the center’s progress and impact on learning and outcomes.
• Maintain budgetary records and transparent financial reporting and resource use.
• Market programs on social media and elsewhere to drive interest from participants, instructors, collaborators and funders.
• Maintain engagement with alumni and organize events, webinars, or online forums.
• Collaborate with course instructors to improve curriculum and content.
• Other duties as assigned.
