Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Market data experience in the financial services industry, including exchanges, market data providers or financial institutions.
• Ability to align your team’s goals to the fast-changing landscape of real-time market data, reference data and technology.
• Positive relationship management and negotiation skills and experience dealing with senior business executives.
• Understanding of the evolving commercial models of exchanges and data vendors and their regulatory landscapes.
• Proven ability to establish credibility and build influential relationships with multiple clients and partners.
• Comfort with autonomy and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent time management and ability to context switch and meet targets.
• Experience identifying workflow barriers to improve cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate a clear vision for the department and how to achieve it.
• Lead, mentor, develop and challenge an inclusive team of Relationship Managers.
• Develop a workforce plan that maximizes skills and collaboration across the team.
• Act as escalation point and liaise with exchanges and internal partners at Bloomberg.
• Develop strategies to influence the strategic direction of Bloomberg's exchange data offering.
• Analyze business intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Occasional travel is required.
