ACBSP is seeking a Director of Global Events & Programs in Overland Park, Kansas. This senior role leads the development and execution of ACBSP's global events portfolio, including the Annual Conference, regional events, and online learning initiatives, striving to elevate member experiences worldwide.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the role builds a high-performing events team, partners with senior leadership, and drives strategic, data-informed programming that strengthens ACBSP's global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active CMP certification required or supported for ongoing certification maintenance.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing events or programs teams; managing large-scale conferences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a comprehensive global events and programs strategy.
• Centralize and optimize event operations across regions and formats.
• Lead the annual conference, regional events, and online learning initiatives.
• Oversee budget planning, vendor negotiations, and sponsor management.
• Partner with senior leadership to elevate ACBSP's global programming and member experience.
