Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ years’ experience in strategic meeting planning in a professional services environment.
• Demonstrated credible leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively.
• Skills in leading inclusive problem solving and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Play an active strategic advisory role across client events, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.
• Guide teams on collaboration with internal stakeholders and oversee budget across the portfolio.
• Advise and lead on execution of a portfolio of meetings, initially focusing on firm client events.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal clients and manage meeting pipelines.
