Role Overview
The Tradeshow Events Manager is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of domestic and international events. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams to ensure brand consistency, managing budgets, and overseeing logistics from setup to teardown.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of global events, ensuring seamless logistics and on-site coordination.
- Define event goals, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams.
- Develop engaging event collateral and promotional materials in partnership with marketing and creative teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, exhibitors, and organizers.
- Coordinate with product development, sales, and marketing to maximize event impact.
- Align brand messaging across markets by liaising with international teams and external agencies.
- Conduct post-event analysis, prepare reports on ROI, attendee feedback, and lessons learned.
- Suggest innovative strategies to enhance future events and support business growth.
- Provide on-site support, including setup, tear‑down, and problem resolution.
- Offer guidance to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of proven event management experience, preferably in consumer products or toy industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
- Effective in fast‑paced, changing environments, and capable of inspiring teams.
