As a Senior Events Manager, you will plan and execute trade shows and internal/external events, manage budgets and vendors, and collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership to deliver engaging experiences and measurable

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional events experience, ideally within technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or B2B environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale trade shows and industry conferences, such as Black Hat, RSA Conference, AWS re, or comparable events.
• Strong end-to-end event management experience from strategy and planning through to execution and post-event analysis.
• Experience managing event budgets, vendors, agencies, contracts, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of major industry trade shows and conferences across North America.
• Manage end-to-end event delivery, from initial planning and budgeting through to execution, measurement, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate all key event components including booth/stand builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, meeting programmes, customer experiences, hospitality, branding, signage, technology, staffing, and logistics.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure events generate meaningful engagement, pipeline, customer relationships, and brand awareness.
• Manage relationships with event organisers, venues, production companies, agencies, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Oversee event budgets, contracts, timelines, purchase orders, and supplier deliverables.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all major events.
• Identify opportunities to maximise event investment through sponsorships, partnerships, content, meetings, customer programmes, and experiential activations.
• Support the planning and delivery of Tier 1 internal and external events, including executive events, customer events, partner programmes, leadership meetings, employee experiences, and strategic corporate events.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, audiences, messaging, and success measures.
