Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Senior Event Operations Manager to align our global events program with revenue growth. You will drive the operational engine, data flow, and financial governance to keep events profitable and scalable.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, and Finance to define narratives, prioritise investments, and measure impact. You will own campaigns, dashboards, and data integrity, while guiding partnerships and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-volume B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Expert-level Salesforce proficiency; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot; CRM integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with event software/registration platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Splash, RainFocus).
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and optimize event spend.

Responsibilities

• Own the centralized financial tracking for the global events program, aligning with spend targets and budgets.
• Manage vendor invoicing, procurement processes, and contract tracking with Finance.
• Calculate and report ROI, CPL, and sponsorships/ exhibitor fees.
• Serve as Salesforce admin for the events team with campaigns, hierarchies, and dashboards.
• Design and execute pre- and post-event marketing workflows (email, landing pages).
• Ensure data sync between registration platforms and Salesforce CRM.
• Build centralized dashboards showing event performance and pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Partnerships to align GTM priorities.
