Midtronics is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the Global Platform development team. You will own schedules, manage risks, track tasks, and ensure on-time delivery with quality, interfacing with product management, sales, and customers.

You will have a background in electronics development and experience across hardware and software design, with exposure to manufacturing environments and supply chain collaboration. This role paves the way for leadership opportunities.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or related field; MS a plus.
• 3-5+ years in Engineering project management.
• Hands on electronics development experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive hardware and software design and development experience.
• Experience working with Supply Chain teams.
• Knowledge of waterfall and Agile design methodologies.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and communicating project status.

Responsabilidades

• Own project budget, schedule and overall project outcomes.
• Coordinate and monitor projects from initiation through delivery.
• Drive Hardware and Software proof of concept, design and development projects.
• Gather data from end-users to evaluate goals, objectives and scope.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to meet targets and requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on scope, schedule and budget with quality.
• Perform all project management tasks for global product design and development teams.
• Manage risks and issues.
• Create, track and measure KPIs and metrics.
• Interface with product management, sales, and customers.
