We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Global Ethics and Compliance Investigator to join our Pratt & Whitney Legal Team. This will be a Hybrid role based out of our Longueuil, Canada campus.

What You Will Do:

As an investigator, you will support the Lead Counsel, Global Investigations, in the Global Ethics and Compliance organization. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and experienced in conducting investigations.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with and conduct investigations into employee misconduct, policy violations, and unlawful activities.
  • Handle investigations and subpoena responses involving law enforcement.
  • Manage investigations, including research, document retrieval, discovery, and liaison with counsel.
  • Design and draft investigation plans, review documents, conduct interviews, and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to develop efficient procedures and communication.
  • Travel extensively as needed for investigations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or an advanced degree with 10+ years of investigation experience.
  • Proven project leadership skills.
  • Experience managing electronic documents and data sites.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-discovery tools.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Onsite or hybrid work capability in Longueuil, Canada.
  • Experience in law enforcement investigations.
  • Ability to travel for investigations.
  • Experience briefing senior leadership and creating investigative plans.
  • Experience with objective report writing and investigative interviews.
  • Knowledge of contracting, Export Control (ITAR, EAR), DFARS, FCPA, and related regulations.
