Job summary

Air Products seeks a Global Sustainability Program Leader to drive ESG reporting, GHG data governance, and PCF processes across the enterprise. You will translate complex sustainability topics into strategic insights and collaborate with senior leadership to shape disclosures.

This high-visibility role partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, IR, and Communications to ensure accurate ESG reporting and timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years in ESG/sustainability programs or cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in ESG reporting, data governance, and external ESG requests.
• Strong writing, editing, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Sustainability Report development and publication.
• Govern ESG disclosures across external communications and governance processes.
• Oversee ESG data readiness, documentation, and reporting workflows.
• Advance PCF methodologies and respond to customer/investor inquiries.
• Provide executive-level sustainability updates and insights on trends/regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Finance, Commercial, Legal, IR, and Communications.
