Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is hiring a Global Program Manager for the Executive Premier Support Office (EPSO) to handle time-sensitive escalations and high-priority cases.

You will lead a global team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure rapid, professional resolution for ELT and critical stakeholders. You’ll participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, drive timely communications, and draft executive-ready summaries and next steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, consulting, or strategy roles.
• 2+ years coaching and leading a team.
• Excel modeling skills and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in global on-call rotation, outside business hours.
• Manage high-priority escalations from intake to resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications for updates and RCA narratives.
• Draft executive-ready summaries and post-resolution docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Communications to resolve complex issues.
• Coach and develop a team of support agents for growth and performance.
