Job summary

Vertiv in the United States seeks an experienced Oracle EBS governance leader to drive the strategic direction of EBS modules at a global scale, aligning regional processes and shaping the long-term ERP roadmap for manufacturing operations.

You will serve as the design authority for Oracle EBS functional domains, translating enterprise strategy into scalable platform capabilities and ensuring cross-module coherence across regions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS product ownership, functional leadership, or global process governance.
• Proven track record managing Oracle EBS modules at enterprise scale and multi-region convergence.
• Experience prioritizing complex Oracle EBS backlogs across regions and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Govern the strategic evolution of Oracle EBS functional domains for global harmony.
• Define and drive global convergence initiatives across regions and units.
• Translate business strategy into Oracle EBS functional direction and platform capabilities.
• Own end-to-end prioritization for Oracle EBS capabilities and backlog alignment.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, high-level solutioning, and design authority activities.
