Job summary

Ingenyx is seeking an experienced Business Systems Engineer to support ERP, HRIS, and expense management systems in a global medical devices environment. You will implement, test, and upgrade IFS and UKG platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance system features to support growth and acquisitions.

The role is remote in the US with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones. You will administer users, raise change requests, and provide expert guidance on ERP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/HRIS systems and expense management platforms.
• Ability to analyze business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to implement system changes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ERP/HRIS and expense platforms.
• Perform testing and upgrades of systems as vendors release new versions.
• Configure business applications following change control processes.
