Qualifications

• At least five years of expatriate tax, incentives, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Experience advising on incentive compensation and equity awards, with strong tax and compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client expectations and service delivery for international and cross-border employees.
• Assist with internal risk management and compliance procedures.
• Conduct client meetings and develop/ deliver presentations.
• Analyze global tax calculations related to payroll and incentive compensation.
• Contribute to the development and teaching of equity-based compensation courses.
