Job summary

Archer, based in Silicon Valley, seeks an Equity Manager to own Archer’s global equity compensation program operations, ensuring accuracy, SOX compliance, and active employee engagement. You will manage grants, vesting, exercises, and tax reporting while partnering across Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and HRIS integrations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in stock plan administration, hands-on experience with Fidelity, Carta, Shareworks, and Workday, and strong ASC 718/SOX knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end stock plan administration experience in public or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with equity management platforms (Fidelity, Carta, Shareworks, E*TRADE Equity Edge) and HRIS/payroll integrations (Workday).
• Strong knowledge of ASC 718, SOX controls, and US/global equity structures.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex equity concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Plan Administration: manage grants, vesting, releases, exercises, terminations, and tax reporting.
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Oversight: partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Accounting on board materials and integrations.
• Compliance & Mobility: support Section 16 filings and trading windows.
• Employee Education & Advisory: deliver equity education sessions and onboarding guidance.
• Analytics & Program Modeling: model equity usage, burn rate, dilution, and overhang.
