Henny Penny Corporation is seeking an Equipment Support Technician at our Eaton, OH headquarters. You will provide telephonic and written technical support to customers, draft knowledge articles, and help keep equipment up and running worldwide.

The role requires 1–5 years of technical or customer service experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% as needed. On-call rotation and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of technical or customer service experience via phone.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish would be a plus.
• Basic computer skills including keyboarding and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and written technical support to customers.
• Draft technical procedures and knowledge articles for internal use.
• Ensure equipment uptime and troubleshoot issues to customer satisfaction.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain timely communication with customers.
