Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior leader in epilepsy to elevate the company’s presence and drive the epilepsy portfolio. You will shape development strategies, define endpoints for multiple programs, and represent the company at scientific forums and regulatory interactions as an epilepsy clinical expert.

The role requires MD or PhD in epilepsy, board certification, and 10+ years in drug development across academic and industry settings.

Qualifications

MD or PhD with specialization in Epilepsy.
Board Certification in Neurology or subspecialties.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in drug development in both academia and the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and shape epilepsy clinical development strategy aligned with portfolio, regulatory expectations, and unmet needs.
Define clinical endpoints, trial designs, and patient populations across epilepsy programs.
Lead external engagement and thought leadership with epilepsy experts and stakeholders.
Drive collaborative research initiatives with academic institutions and external partners.
Bridge preclinical discoveries to clinical development and translate mechanistic insights into trial design.
