Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams in executing EO/IR imaging systems programs.
• Take overall responsibility for cost and schedule performance of technical tasks.
• Support manufacturing, integration, aircraft integration, and delivery activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface for technical matters.
• Balance business needs with customer expectations to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes and trade regulations; travel up to 25%.
