The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, strengthening Northeastern’s global network and expanding opportunities for students, founders, researchers and partners.

Qualifications

• Essential significant experience within entrepreneurship, innovation or venture creation.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives supporting growth of entrepreneurship across Northeastern.
• Translate priorities into deliverable programs and coordinate activity across campuses.
• Develop governance papers, reports, and performance metrics.
• Develop new entrepreneurship programs and initiatives; coordinate founder engagement.
• Provide leadership to the Global Entrepreneurship team and ensure operational excellence.
