Axon is seeking a high-energy Technical Support Engineer in Atlanta, GA, with 3+ years in networking and SaaS support. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support law enforcement customers of Axon's Fusus products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Intellectual curiosity, accountability and a positive attitude.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
• 3+ years in routing and switching and 3+ years in Technical Support.
• 2+ years of SaaS experience and virtualization knowledge.
• Linux OS, servers, and storage familiarity; RAID knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SSH, Splunk, JIRA, Salesforce; familiarity with security camera systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline email and phone support for complex technical issues.
• Triages and prioritizes agency change requests and feature requests.
• Conduct network analysis, device discovery, and documentation during audits.
• Troubleshoot Axon device and system issues with customers directly.
• Follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Assist tier 1 team with inquiries, troubleshooting, and training.
• Log detailed notes on customer interactions and develop KB articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation for outages and escalations.
• Prioritize issues for clients and coordinate with Axon teams.
