Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, govern, and operate secure WAN, LAN, and wireless services across U.S. facilities. You will lead modernization efforts, translate business needs into network solutions, and stay hands‑on for critical implementations.

The role requires deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and wireless technologies, with collaboration across application, infrastructure, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise network services.
• Experience delivering large-scale wired and wireless network solutions.
• Experience designing segmented enterprise networks using VLANs, VRFs, ACLs.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise LAN/WAN reference architectures and standard configurations.
• Lead modernization initiatives and translate requirements into scalable network designs.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD‑WAN.10
• Collaborate with security, application, and IT teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Create high‑level and low‑level designs, runbooks, and implementation plans.
