Job summary

The Enterprise Controller at Roeslein & Associates will lead day-to-day accounting for a complex, multi-entity organization, reporting to the CFO. You’ll supervise monthly closes, reconciliations, controls, and process improvements while building a strong accounting team in a project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience leading accounting in a multi-entity, project-based business.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise accounting operations across domestic and international entities.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, reserves, and intercompany activity.
• Develop and coach accounting staff and regional leaders.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness.
