Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and govern the global enterprise technology architecture across ERP/MES/PLM/IIoT for a multi-business manufacturing company. You will partner with product, operations, engineering, security, and finance to deliver scalable platforms aligned to business strategy. Lead the EA strategy, standards, and cloud/data security initiatives enterprise-wide; mentor architects and guide cost-efficient, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in architecture/engineering with 5+ years leading architecture teams in complex, global manufacturers.
• ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, PLM; OT protocols and plant network segmentation.
• Azure/AWS architecture; data platforms and governance; security controls and compliance (SOX/NIST 800-171/CMMC).

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise architecture strategy, reference architectures, and roadmaps across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security.
• Establish Architecture Steering Committee and technology lifecycles; drive reuse and reduce duplication/technical debt.
• Lead multi-cloud strategy (Azure/AWS), hybrid patterns, landing zones, and edge architectures; enable secure, scalable platforms.
• Mentor domain architects; partner with CISO to embed Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles; support M&A modernization efforts.
