Job summary

Agfa HealthCare is seeking a Global Enterprise Solutions Architect to define and govern our global solution architecture, driving the platform transformation toward containerised Kubernetes, cloud-native SaaS models, and scalable architectures. You will work with Product, R&D, Services, Sales, and Executives to align technical designs with business outcomes.

The role focuses on customer engagements, architectural leadership across regions, and ensuring adoption of standardized governance.

Qualifications

Extensive enterprise solution architecture experience in IT infrastructure and cloud
Strong knowledge of healthcare IT standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE) and interoperability
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience supporting large-scale bids, RFPs, and customer engagements
Experience moving customers to containerised, cloud-native, SaaS delivery models

Responsibilities

Define and govern AGFA HealthCare's global solution architecture portfolio
Lead platform transformation to containerised Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
Collaborate with Product, R&D, Services, Sales, and Executives to align architecture with business goals
Develop customer-facing architectural documentation and collateral
Support strategic sales opportunities with design reviews and solution architectures
Mentor and lead global design resources and promote best practices
